Al naso questa birra scura offre sentori di frutta matura, seguiti da note calde di ciliegia sotto spirito e lievi sensazioni aromatiche che ricordano il cacao e il caramello. Al palato è decisa e delicata, con sensazioni fruttate che ricordano l’uvetta e la prugna accompagnate da note di cioccolato.
Ottima in accompagnamento a formaggi stagionati a pasta semi-dura o pasta frolla.
