Die belgische Brauerei Lindemans zählt sich ebenfalls du den Fans der Schwarzen Johannisbeere und macht damit, was sie am besten kann. Ihr Lindemans Cassis ist ein edler Tropfen, der aus Lambic-Bier und handgepflückten Schwarzen Johannisbeeren hergestellt wird. Das feine Lambic wird mindestens ein Jahr lang gereift, bevor es mit einem Filtrat aus Cassis verheiratet wird. Aufgrund der prickelnden Kohlensäure und ihrer eleganten, leichtfüßigen Statur wird die Kreation oftmals mit edlem Schaumwein verglichen.
Das purpurne Fruchtbier bildet eine dichtporige Krone rosa Schaums und macht sich besonders gut, wenn man es in einer schlanken Sektflöte serviert. Die Schwarze Johannisbeere ist der Star dieses Braustücks und dominiert Farbe, Duft und Geschmack. Dank der federleichten 3,5 % Alkoholgehalt ist Cassis ein beliebter Aperitif.
