Esta é uma cerveja que repetimos com muito entusiasmo, não só porque foi a nossa primeira colaboração internacional, mas também porque é inspirada numa sobremesa que nos é muito querida. Juntámos esforços com os nossos amigos da @moersleutelcraftbrewery e recriámos um doce clássico das casas das nossas avós, perfeito para um Domingo de chuva. Tudo começou com uma base de Berliner Weisse à qual foi adicionada uma quantidade absurda de pêra e em seguida incorporado vinho tinto infundido em paus de canela e estrelas de anis. É mais que uma cerveja, é uma experiência de sabores e uma viajem às nossas raízes.
