Vitus fließt in einem warmen Goldton ins Glas und türmt eine sahnige Schaumkrone auf seinem satt getrübten Körper auf. Das olfaktorische Bouquet erinnert an ofenfrischen Bananenkuchen. Setzt man das Glas an die Lippen, wird man mit einem vollmundigen Biergenuss belohnt: Samtige Noten von reifen Bananen, würziger Nelke, Rührkuchen und kernigem Getreide machen sich auf der Zunge breit. Kräftige Hefenoten, ein Hauch Karamell und zitrusfruchtige Anklänge runden das schmackige Gesamtbild fein ab. Der Alkohol ist exzellent ins Geschmacksprofil eingebunden und macht sich erst dann bemerkbar, wenn er einem schon zu Kopfe gestiegen ist.
