En Urban Beer elaboramos nuestras propias recetas. Queremos dar un giro a los estilos tradicionales y desarrollar nuevos sin precedentes. Buscamos el alma y el corazón de la cerveza.
Utilizamos materia prima de primera calidad. No utilizamos ingredientes para abaratar costes, sólo ingredientes que realcen el sabor de nuestras cervezas. Además seguimos las técnicas de elaboración tradicionales. La carbonatación de nuestras cervezas es natural, sin CO2 añadido.
Sólo utilizamos energías limpias. Este proyecto refleja la gran conciencia ecológica, cuyo objetivo persigue que la cervecería sea totalmente autosuficiente en términos energéticos.
En Urban Beer tenemos la responsabilidad y la obligación de utilizar productos certificados de nuestro entorno y colaborar con pequeños productores locales.
