This imposing Triple IPA presents a complex convergence of high-strength American brewing and Scotch whisky barrel aging. The sensory experience is defined by a deep copper hue and a persistent bone-colored head. A rich aromatic profile leads with evocative notes of peat, charred wood, and vanilla, layered over a decadent malt foundation of honey, raisins, and toffee. While a bright citrus hop thread persists in the background, the palate is dominated by the intensity of the whisky cask. The initial smooth, malty sweetness quickly gives way to a firm, resinous bitterness and significant alcohol warmth, finishing with a lingering, woody character.
