Traquair Jacobite Ale is a regal Wee Heavy that bridges centuries of tradition with a unique sensory depth. Brewed in ancient copper kettles and fermented in oak, it presents a complex tapestry of rich, bready-toasty malt and deep caramel. The signature addition of coriander introduces an exotic, spicy perfume that intertwines with notes of dried plums and dark sugar. Despite its high gravity, the oak-influenced character provides a structured backdrop to the intense sweetness.
