Bend’s only sour brewery, The Ale Apothecary, creates totally natural, barrel-aged beer using ingredients off our land or sourced nearby, direct from Oregon farms. We get our barley and wheat malts from Seth Klann at Mecca Grade Estate Malt in Madras, our hops direct from Gayle Goschie at Goschie Farms in Silverton, and our honey for bottle-conditioning comes raw and direct from farms around Oregon. Farmers Market season has us working with Happy Harvest Farms in Eugene and Thomas Orchards in Kimberly. All Oregon, all the time!
