This celebratory Baltic Porter pours a deep, light-absorbing brown, revealing a luxurious aromatic tapestry of Munich malt sweetness and complex dark fruits. The addition of bison grass introduces a distinct, elegant layer of aromatic vanilla, sweet hay, and toasted almond that weaves through the core of dark chocolate and licorice. On the palate, the 11% ABV provides a substantial, velvety warmth, beautifully integrating the rich caramel and molasses notes. A smooth roast emerges in the finish, balanced by the herbal whisper of the bison grass and spicy Continental hops, resulting in a sophisticated, multidimensional experience that honors the tradition of the style.

Appearance. Opaque dark mahogany with deep garnet highlights. Crowned by a thick, creamy, long-lasting tan head that leaves dense, persistent lacing on the glass.
