Poolside Breeze is a vibrant, botanical-infused Berliner Weisse that transforms the classic German tart ale into a tropical refresher. The sensory experience is led by a bright, lactic acidity that interplays with the tart, floral notes of hibiscus and rose hips, casting a brilliant ruby hue. Tropical layers of passionfruit and mango provide succulent depth, while lemongrass and orange peel contribute a zesty, citrusy top note. A foundational base of doughy wheat malt provides a soft structure, though the profile remains exceptionally crisp and dry. Effervescent and aromatic, it balances sharp tartness with an intricate bouquet of fruit and herbs.
Appearance. Brilliantly clear with a stunning deep pink to ruby-red color (approx. 5-7 SRM). Features a large, frothy pinkish-white head with moderate to poor retention, typical of the style's high carbonation and fruit adjuncts.
Aroma. High intensity. Sharp lactic sourness is immediately evident, entwined with tropical passionfruit and fleshy mango.
