The sensory experience is led by a bright, lactic acidity that interplays with the tart, floral notes of hibiscus and rose hips, casting a brilliant ruby hue. Tropical layers of passionfruit and mango provide succulent depth, while lemongrass and orange peel contribute a zesty, citrusy top note. A foundational base of doughy wheat malt provides a soft structure, though the profile remains exceptionally crisp and dry. Effervescent and aromatic, it balances sharp tartness with an intricate bouquet of fruit and herbs.
