The fact that we can brew this beer every year for the Oktoberfest is an honour and a pleasure. We belong to the 6 breweries, which have the exclusive permission to supply their beer at the largest folk festival in the world where we serve over a million litres in our beer tents – brought to your table by waitresses who easily carry ten 1 litre beer mugs (Mass) at once.
A distinguishing feature from other festival beers is the particular harmony of balance between the sweeter taste of malt and that of the hops. The initial mild taste followed by a stronger note, invites you to take a second taste.
By tradition it is also slightly stronger than a normal Lager, but the high grade of fermentation makes it particularly easy to drink. Friends of a good beer like to take the time to savour their beer, ideally with a typical beer tent snack like smoked mackerel or radish with bread and chives and mini meatballs.

Lễ hội Oktoberfest là lễ hội bia lớn nhất và nổi tiếng nhất thế giới. Lễ hội diễn ra tại Theresienwiese. Đây là một khu đất rộng lớn ở trung tâm Munich. Hàng năm, Oktoberfest thu hút hơn 6 triệu lượt khách tham quan từ khắp nơi trên thế giới.
Đến với lễ hội, sẽ có các lều bia. Nhiều lều bia lớn nhỏ khác nhau, mỗi lều có thể chứa từ vài trăm đến vài nghìn người. Ngày nay, nhiều nơi tổ chức lễ hộ bia này,
Oktoberfest bắt đầu vào ngày 12 tháng 10 năm 1810 để kỷ niệm đám cưới của Hoàng tử Ludwig. (sau này là Vua Ludwig I) và Công chúa Therese của Sachsen-Hildburghausen. Các công dân Munich đã được mời tham gia các lễ hội tổ chức tại cánh đồng ngay bên ngoài cổng thành phố, nay được gọi là Theresienwiese.
Từ lễ hội ban đầu, Oktoberfest đã phát triển thành một sự kiện hàng năm. Ban đầu kéo dài chỉ trong năm ngày, hiện nay lễ hội kéo dài khoảng 16 đến 18 ngày, bắt đầu từ cuối tháng 9 và kết thúc vào đầu tháng 10.
