NOTA DE CATA: Atractivo y profundo color granate, casi púrpura. Aspecto completamente velado y capa de espuma rosada, de escasa persistencia. En nariz el protagonismo absoluto es para la cereza ácida y la frambuesa. En boca es refrescante, ligera y chispeante, dominada por las notas a cereza y frambuesa. Deliciosa, toda una golosina.
5,5% vol. / 75 cl.
INGREDIENTES: Agua, cebada , trigo , espelta , cerezas, frambuesas, lúpulo y levadura.
RECOMENDACIONES: Consumir a una temperatura en torno a 6 - 8ºC.
