Omnipollo’s house Hazy IPA presents a vibrant, sun-drenched sensory profile driven by a foundational trio of Pacific Northwest hops. Simcoe leads with its signature pine and passionfruit complexity, while Citra bursts with bright grapefruit and tropical citrus. Centennial rounds out the profile with a refined floral and lemon zest lift. The grain blend provides a soft, pillowy texture that carries these intense hop oils across the palate without the interference of harsh bitterness. Untouched post-fermentation, it retains a lush, juice-like character and a clean, bready malt backdrop that emphasizes drinkability while showcasing the brewer’s masterful balance of aromatic depth and fruit-forward expression.
