By avoiding the kettle boil, the beer captures a delicate, doughy grain sweetness while intentionally minimizing traditional bitterness. Appearance. Pours a hazy, pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM) with a thick, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing as it recedes.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring bright notes of grapefruit, tangerine, and passionfruit. A distinct, fresh grainy malt character reminiscent of raw dough and sweet oats lingers in the background, supported by neutral fermentation esters.
Taste. Initial impression is a wave of tropical fruit and citrus oil. The malt profile is soft and supportive, showcasing clean Pilsner malt and nutty wheat flavors. Bitterness is unusually low for the style, providing just enough balance to prevent cloying. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering fruit-skin aftertaste and no harshness.
