By avoiding the kettle boil, the beer captures a delicate, doughy grain sweetness while intentionally minimizing traditional bitterness. Bitterness is unusually low for the style, providing just enough balance to prevent cloying. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering fruit-skin aftertaste and no harshness.
