Appearance. Light orange color (SRM 6-8). Features a thick, dense white head with good retention. Clarity is slightly hazy, typical of a blended wild ale.
Aroma. Moderately high intensity featuring sharp lactic sourness and a distinct spicy impression of clove and white pepper. Prominent fruit notes of green apple and dried apricot are present, alongside a cider-like oxidized apple character and a hint of lemon peel.
Taste. Initial impression is driven by Saison-like spiciness and tart, oxidized apples. A clean, refreshing lactic sourness follows, supported by a low, grainy malt backbone.
