Cerveza artesana y natural elaborada en Salamanca.
Siempre que el verano tocaba a su fin podíamos encontrar a nuestro Malasombra recolectando lúpulos salvajes en las tierras bañadas por el Río Tormes para elaborar su mejor cerveza. Cuando alguno le preguntaba por el secreto de su preciado brebaje no dudaba en repetirle:
"¡Se trata de artesanía pura! Tan sólo paciencia e ingredientes naturales. Claro está, como todo, conlleva un proceso, ¡qué es cosa de alquimia, no de brujería...!",-le gustaba añadir siempre." Maceración, fermentación, embotellado y degustación. No se filtra y fermenta naturalmente en la botella, un posible sedimento demuestra que esto se ha hecho así y no de ninguna otra manera. Al degustarla, el sedimento podrá servirse, o no, a gusto de cada uno y, así, cada cual podrá apreciar todos sus ingredientes."Con su sabiduría Malasombra nos inspiró esta cerveza.
