This copper-hued American Pale Ale offers a rustic, artisanal character defined by its unfiltered, bottle-conditioned nature. The sensory journey begins with an inviting display of intense hop aromas, evoking classic notes of citrus, resin, and wild floral tones reminiscent of riverbank greenery. A sturdy base of barley malts provides a supportive structure of toasted bread and light caramel, balancing the firm bitterness. Appearance. Copper to deep amber color; hazy to opaque depending on the pour due to being unfiltered and bottle-conditioned. Features a moderately large, off-white head with good retention and fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderately high hop intensity with notes of citrus peel, pine resin, and floral spice. Low to moderate malt presence provides a clean, grainy, and slightly toasty or caramelly foundation. Minimal yeast-derived esters.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with flavors of grapefruit and resin. Malt character is supportive, offering bread crust and light caramel notes. Bitterness is moderate to firm (approximately 30-50 IBU context) and persists into a clean, medium-dry finish with a lingering hop aftertaste.

Cuando alguien le preguntaba por el secreto de su preciado brebaje, no dudaba en repetirle:
“¡Se trata de artesanía pura! Tan sólo paciencia e ingredientes naturales; ¡qué es cosa de alquimia, no de brujería!”
Le gustaba añadir siempre:
“Maceración, fermentación, embotellado y degustación. No se filtra y fermenta naturalmente en botella, un posible sedimento demuestra que esto se ha hecho así y de ninguna otra manera. Al degustarla, el sedimento podrá servirse, o no, a gusto de cada uno y así, cada cual, podrá apreciar todos sus matices”.
