House On Fire is a decadent collaboration presenting a lush, dessert-forward profile. This Wild Specialty Beer delivers an intense berry medley where the sharp tartness of Blackcurrant and deep richness of Black Cherry meld seamlessly with sweet Strawberry notes and the floral, skin-tannin character of Blue Grape. An indulgent "ice cream" element introduces velvety vanilla and cream sweetness that rounds out the vibrant acidity. It drinks like a liquid confection, balancing punchy fruit acids against a thick, smoothie-like base.
