Go Loko is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that reimagines the traditional Gose through a kaleidoscope of red fruit and sharp botanicals. Brewed with raspberry and rhubarb, the sensory profile is dominated by an immediate punch of jammy red berries and the distinctive, vegetal snap of fresh rhubarb. The lactic acidity is bright and brisk, harmonizing with a subtle salinity that heightens the fruit flavors. This collaboration between Mad Scientist and Rascals delivers a refreshing, effervescent experience where the earthy tartness of the rhubarb balances the lushness of the raspberry, culminating in a bone-dry, mouth-watering finish.

Appearance. Deep pink to ruby-red hue with a moderate haze. Pours with a frothy, light-pink head that has moderate retention and leaves minimal lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of fresh raspberries and sharp, tart rhubarb. Clean lactic sourness is prominent, complemented by subtle notes of cracked wheat and a faint, mineral-like salinity. No hop aroma or diacetyl present.

Taste. Immediate, puckering acidity leads into intense flavors of ripe raspberry and tangy rhubarb. The malt provides a light, bready wheat backdrop. Hop bitterness is nearly non-existent, as the balance is driven by acidity and a distinct saline edge. The finish is very dry and crisp with a lingering red-fruit tartness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a refreshing, prickly high carbonation. No noticeable alcohol warmth. A slight tannic astringency from the rhubarb adds structure, while the salt provides a smooth, mouth-coating quality.
