This pour presents a striking, deep red hue, inviting the senses into a red forest of aroma. Sharp, clean lactic sourness defines the profile, perfectly punctuated by the tartness of the frambuesa and the jammy depth of arándanos. A soft, doughy wheat backbone provides a delicate structure, while the high carbonation ensures a refreshing, crisp finish.
