La Pirata Red Forest is a vibrant expression of the Berliner Weisse style, transformed by a massive addition of blueberry and raspberry. This pour presents a striking, deep red hue, inviting the senses into a red forest of aroma. Sharp, clean lactic sourness defines the profile, perfectly punctuated by the tartness of the frambuesa and the jammy depth of arándanos. A soft, doughy wheat backbone provides a delicate structure, while the high carbonation ensures a refreshing, crisp finish. Despite the intense fruit puree, the beer maintains a balanced interplay between natural fruit sweetness and bright acidity, making it an exceptionally lively and thirst-quenching experience.

Appearance. Intense, deep ruby red to pinkish-purple; hazy to opaque due to wheat proteins and natural fruit puree; large, frothy pinkish-white head with poor retention; highly effervescent.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity; sharp, clean lactic sourness is dominant; pronounced fresh raspberry and jammy blueberry; light background notes of raw bread dough and grainy wheat; no hop aroma.

Taste. High, clean lactic acidity provides the backbone; intense tart raspberry and sweet blueberry flavors are front and center; subtle grainy, doughy wheat malt flavor; hop bitterness is undetectable; balance is defined by fruit tartness and acidity; very dry, crisp finish with a lingering berry aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light body; very high carbonation; crisp, prickly acidity; no sensation of alcohol warmth; light fruit-driven texture but overall refreshing and never heavy.
