Taste. High, clean lactic acidity provides the backbone; intense tart raspberry and sweet blueberry flavors are front and center; subtle grainy, doughy wheat malt flavor; hop bitterness is undetectable; balance is defined by fruit tartness and acidity; very dry, crisp finish with a lingering berry aftertaste.
