This Berliner Weisse presents a vibrant sensory profile where sharp lactic sourness meets the tropical sweetness of Mango and the zesty tartness of Kiwi. The aroma leads with a clean, lemony acidity and distinctive tropical fruit notes, backed by a subtle sourdough-like wheat character. On the palate, a crisp, bready malt backbone provides a light canvas for the refreshing fruit additions, resulting in a thirst-quenching experience. The finish is remarkably dry and effervescent, staying true to the style’s refreshing nature while delivering a modern fruit-forward twist through the use of real fruit pulp and high carbonation.
Appearance. Pale straw with a slight hazy golden tint from the fruit additions; features a large, white, dense head with poor retention and highly effervescent bubbles.
