This Wild Specialty Beer is a vibrant, multi-layered sensory experience that balances sharp acidity with dessert-like indulgence. A dense, opaque purple hue introduces intense aromas of ripe bananas and the unique, earthy dark-berry depth of juneberries. Vanilla and marshmallow provide a pillowy, sweet counterpoint to the lactic tang, creating a nostalgic confectionery profile. On the palate, the interplay of tart fruit and creamy vanilla mimics a fruit-topped gelato.
