Appearance. Straw to gold (4-6 SRM) with a heavy, opaque haze and a characteristic luminous shine. Crowns with a dense, meringue-like white head exhibiting high retention and intricate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical citrus, honeydew melon, and distinct coconut. Subtle, sweet notes of caramelized banana are present, backed by a clean, grainy, and lightly bready malt character. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.
Taste. High hop flavor echoing the aroma's tropical fruit, coconut, and melon. Initial malt sweetness is low and bready, transitioning into a medium-low perceived bitterness that is soft and well-integrated. The finish is off-dry and exceptionally smooth, with a lingering fruit-smoothie aftertaste that avoids any harshness or hop burn.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and moderate carbonation. Alcohol presence provides a very light, well-integrated warmth. The mouthfeel is smooth and lacks any astringency or raw starch character.
