Dapper is a vivid Hazy IPA that serves as a canvas for the experimental HBC 1019 hop. This modern profile leads with an intense tropical-citrus surge, but quickly reveals sophisticated layers of creamy coconut, caramelized bananas, and sweet honeydew melon. The soft, bready malt foundation provides a supple structure that carries these complex fruit esters across the palate without adding cloying weight. Appearance. Straw to gold (4-6 SRM) with a heavy, opaque haze and a characteristic luminous shine. Crowns with a dense, meringue-like white head exhibiting high retention and intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical citrus, honeydew melon, and distinct coconut. Subtle, sweet notes of caramelized banana are present, backed by a clean, grainy, and lightly bready malt character. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.
