Nuestra misión es hacer cervezas originales y sorprendentes experimentando con diferentes ingredientes y métodos de producción.
Vemos Freaks como una expresión artística, romántica, diferente, y sobretodo una salida terapéutica a nuestra obsesión por la cerveza artesana. Queremos que beber una Freaks sea tan interesante y placentero como para nosotros hacerla.
The Blind Cowboy American Pale Ale
Es una cerveza excéntrica, clara, con espuma y cuerpo sedosa y sabor ligeramente cítrico con notas dulces de las maltas (Pilsner y Vienna). Contiene 6,5% ABV, 35 IBUs, y está generosamente lupulada con Columbus, EK Goldings, y Cascade.
