La fabrica comenzó en el 2016 de forma nómade gracias a la ayuda de nuestros amigos de Boar, por las ganas de hacer cervezas que nos gustaría tomar a nosotros.
En 2018 pudimos armar nuestro propio brewpub, así pudiendo tener mas control sobre todos los procesos y ingredientes para hacerla. Nos consideramos una cervecería experimental, casi nunca repetimos una receta por la curiosidad de probar distintos ingredientes y formas. Todas nuestras cervezas están vivas, sin filtrar, sin clarificantes, y sin pausterizar.
Somos apasionados de la maduración en madera, de ingredientes exóticos, y de hacer la cerveza que más nos gusta y poder compartirla con amigos.
