Alboroto is a vibrant American IPA that masterfully bridges classic West Coast IPA structural precision with the modern flair of fresh New Zealand hops. The experience opens with an explosive, high-intensity bouquet of zesty lime, passionfruit, and bright tropical resins driven specifically by the selection of New Zealand hops. On the palate, a crisp, clean malt base of pale grains provides a subtle foundation for aggressive bitterness and a punchy hop profile. The finish is remarkably dry and refreshing, characteristic of the style, leaving a lingering trail of citrus peel and pine. Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity (SRM 6-8). Features a medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.
