Caulier Triple Gluten Free
This Gluten Free Belgian Tripel offers a sensory-forward experience that defies traditional expectations of its style. Pouring a deep gold, it releases a high-intensity bouquet of ripe mango and bright citrus derived from a blend of five hops, layered over floral honey and subtle spicy yeast phenols. On the palate, the honey provides a delicate impression of sweetness without being cloying, quickly giving way to a robust tropical fruit character and a firm, structured bitterness. The alternative grain base yields a crisp, clean finish that is unusually long and stable, leaving a pleasant trail of citrus and well-integrated alcoholic warmth.
Appearance. Deep gold to amber (6-9 SRM) with a tall, dense, creamy white head that exhibits excellent persistence and lacing. Brilliant clarity, though a very faint haze may be present from the alternative grain proteins.
Aroma. High intensity; prominent citrus and ripe mango hop notes lead, supported by floral honey and a light, crackery graininess. Moderate spicy phenols such as clove and pepper, alongside fruity esters of pear and apricot typical of Belgian yeast, are evident.
Taste. Initial honey-like sweetness transitions quickly into a wave of tropical fruit, specifically mango and grapefruit pith. Medium-high bitterness provides structure without being harsh. The malt profile is lean due to the gluten-free grains but carries a distinct nutty quality. It finishes dry and exceptionally long with lingering citrus oils and a soft alcoholic warmth.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a slightly thinner texture than traditional barley-based versions, though the honey and hop oils add a perceived silkiness. High carbonation creates a lively, spritzy mouthfeel. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth.

Brasserie28 es una subsidiaria de la centenaria Brasserie Caulier que está especializada en cerveza baja en calorías o low carb, esto es, con bajos niveles de azúcar y carbohidratos. En esta ocasión optan por una Belgian Tripel sin gluten. Este es un estilo clásico belga pero desprovisto de gluten mediante un proceso enzimático. Se presenta de un color dorado oscuro, ligeramente turbio. Su espuma es blanca y jabonosa. En nariz nos brinda notas de fruta blanca madura, hierbas, especias y caramelo. En boca es intensa, con notas de fruta seca y caramelo . Es una cerveza con un final de trago seco y cálido por su potencia. Por algo es una de las cervezas mas vendidas en nuestra tienda. Maridaje bien con platos de pasta y pizza con albahaca, cocina árabe e india, quesos cremosos de cabra, espárragos verdes y coles de Bruselas. En cuanto a postres, tartas de queso y de naranja.
