This Gluten Free Belgian Tripel offers a sensory-forward experience that defies traditional expectations of its style. Pouring a deep gold, it releases a high-intensity bouquet of ripe mango and bright citrus derived from a blend of five hops, layered over floral honey and subtle spicy yeast phenols. On the palate, the honey provides a delicate impression of sweetness without being cloying, quickly giving way to a robust tropical fruit character and a firm, structured bitterness. The alternative grain base yields a crisp, clean finish that is unusually long and stable, leaving a pleasant trail of citrus and well-integrated alcoholic warmth.

Appearance. Deep gold to amber (6-9 SRM) with a tall, dense, creamy white head that exhibits excellent persistence and lacing. Brilliant clarity, though a very faint haze may be present from the alternative grain proteins.
