Founded in the back garden of owner-brewer Luc Vermeersch, the brewery has grown from a 30L microbrewery in 1997, to over 10,000L capacity today. De Leite Cuvée Jeun'homme is a quadruple-hopped blond ale which is then matured in oak wine barrels for four months, softening the bitter qualities and producing an exquisitely complex sour ale.
