De Leite Cuvée Jeun'homme is a barrel-aged sour blonde ale from Belgian artisan brewery, De Leite. Founded in the back garden of owner-brewer Luc Vermeersch, the brewery has grown from a 30L microbrewery in 1997, to over 10,000L capacity today. De Leite Cuvée Jeun'homme is a quadruple-hopped blond ale which is then matured in oak wine barrels for four months, softening the bitter qualities and producing an exquisitely complex sour ale. Pouring a hazy blond colour, De Leite Cuvée Jeun'homme offers up aromas of oak and green apples. The flavour is rich and complex, with citrusy sourness mingling with an earthy funk and cider notes.
