The sensory journey begins with a deep, dark brown hue and a tan, persistent head. On the nose, powerful American hops deliver a high-intensity bouquet of resinous pine and citrus, layered over subtle hints of coffee and light chocolate. The palate follows suit, offering a firm bitterness that cuts through the smooth, medium-bodied malt base. It finishes dry with a lingering piney hop character and a gentle, clean roastiness that avoids any harsh or burnt notes.
Appearance. Dark brown to opaque black (SRM 35-40). Pours with a moderate, persistent tan head that exhibits good retention and fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent resinous pine and citrus peel. Low to moderate malt presence provides supportive notes of milk chocolate and toasted bread with a whisper of cold-brew coffee. Clean fermentation profile with very low esters.
