Appearance. Radiant golden hue (approx. 5-6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a dense, mousse-like, rocky white head that demonstrates exceptional retention. Highly effervescent with visible rising bubbles.

Aroma. Moderately high intensity. Complex, balanced funkiness featuring notes of horse blanket, hay, and dry earth. Fruit-forward esters of rhubarb, lemon zest, and green apple are supported by a faint, honeyed wheat malt character and a touch of neutral oak.

Taste. Sharp but balanced lactic sourness leads into a tapestry of funk, echoing the aroma's leather and barnyard qualities. Low bready malt flavor provides a brief foundation.
