Pour faire honneur à sa grande beauté, la Brasserie du Bocq a conçu cette bière éponyme, la Blanche de Namur. Brassée partir de froment de très haute qualité, elle est à la fois florale et fruitée, avec des notes de coriandre et d’écorce d’orange. Très célèbre, cette bière belge blanche se sert en mélangeant le fond de la bouteille à la moitié du service pour en apprécier les notes levurées.

É una delle Blanche più conosciuta al mondo ed è caratterizzata, oltre che da forti aromi speziati e un dolce sapore di agrumi, da un sorso agile e scattante che la definisce come una birra fresca, dalla grande facilità di beva. Prodotta a partire da malto d’orzo e frumento crudo, la Blanche de Namur deve i suoi caratteristici sentori speziati e fruttati all'utilizzo di coriandolo e curacao in fase di produzione. Piccola curiosità: Blanche de Namur era la Principessa figlia di Marie d’Artois e di Jean I Conte di Namur, che sposò, il 24 Giugno, 1335 Magnus II, sovrano di Svezia e di Norvegia.
Giallo dorato chiaro e opalescente, ha sentori delicati e freschi di cedro e limone, note lievemente erbacee e ricordi leggeri di fieno e paglia, con sottofondo di scorza d'arancia e cumino. L'assaggio è fresco, snello e molto dissetante, piuttosto morbido e lungamente persistente nei rimandi fruttati.
Data la sua struttura leggera, è ottima per l'aperitivo, con pizze non particolarmente elaborate e con antipasti di pesce. Perfetta con alici fritte.Abbinalo con:Aperitivo Pesce
