Appearance. Straw yellow (2-4 SRM). Very cloudy with a milky, colloidal turbidity. Dense, fine, white moussy head with excellent retention and rounded lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity. Dominant zesty, citrusy orange and spicy, lemony coriander. Low bready maltiness with faint honey-like sweetness. Subtle floral and herbal notes with a very light lactic tang.

Taste. Initial impression is refreshing and slightly acidic. Smooth, bready malt and grainy wheat flavors lead, followed by moderate citrus fruitiness from orange peel. Balanced by subtle coriander spiciness and low hop bitterness. The finish is dry, crisp, and clean with a lingering spice and a hint of tartness.
