This Hazy IPA captures a cinematic elegance through a silky, layered grain bill of barley, oats, and wheat. A potent blend of Mosaic, Cashmere, Citra, and Ekuanot hops drives an intense sensory profile defined by ripe peach, juicy cantaloupe, and distinctive red fruits. On the palate, these stone fruit and melon notes transition into a refreshing, bright citrus finish with a restrained, soft bitterness. The substantial use of flaked grains yields a plush, rounded texture that supports the vibrant tropical flavors, resulting in a contemporary, hop-forward expression that remains remarkably smooth and drinkable.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine; no visible particulates. Massive, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick, decorative lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent stone fruit (peach), melon (cantaloupe), and bright citrus. Subtle red berry esters from the Mosaic hops. The malt character is clean, lightly bready, and grainy, providing a neutral backdrop to the hop-forward profile. No caramel, toast, or buttery notes.
Taste. High fruity hop flavors of peach and melon dominate the initial impression, followed by a mid-palate of citrus zest. Low to medium-low malt flavor, appearing as fresh bread. Low to moderate bitterness that is soft and well-integrated, never sharp. The finish is off-dry to medium, with a clean, lingering fruit character and no hop harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a signature soft, creamy texture provided by the oats and wheat. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated. Smooth and devoid of any astringency or raw grain harshness.
