A Basqueland Peñas de Aia é uma Double India Pale Ale, ousada no caráter, mas incrivelmente suave no paladar, com um perfil de aroma exuberante, frutado e único. Subimos ao topo com os nossos amigos da Verdant Brewing, em Cornwall, para brindar com esta joia colaborativa focada nos lúpulos, celebrando o nosso 10.º aniversário.

Os lúpulos desempenham o papel principal nesta cerveja: por um lado, Simcoe e Mosaic, variedades clássicas que trazem aromas familiares com notas cítricas e tropicais; por outro lado, Riwaka e Strata, mais distintas, conferindo caráter, personalidade e um toque inesperado que torna a Peñas de Aia | Aiako Harria única.

Corpo: suave, arredondado e aveludado, graças à adição de aveia e trigo, tanto em flocos como maltados.
Cor: amarelo pálido, muito turvo, com uma espuma densa e branca.
Aroma e sabor: intensamente frutado, com notas de toranja, maracujá e morango, combinadas com nuances herbais e cítricas. A interação entre lúpulos clássicos e mais aventureiros cria complexidade e um caráter distintivo.
Final: intenso, frutado, com muito pouca amargura.

Aiako Harria (Peñas de Aia) es una Doble NEIPA colaboración de Basqueland con Verdant para celebrar su 10º aniversario.

Potente en carácter pero super suave en boca, con un perfil aromático exuberante, frutal y único. Y es que los lúpulos juegan un papel protagonista en esta cerveza: por un lado, Simcoe y Mosaic, clásicos que aportan aromas familiares con notas cítricas y tropicales; por otro, Riwaka y Strata, más particulares, que le dan carácter, personalidad y un toque inesperado que hace de Peñas de Aia única. Cuerpo: suave, redondo y aterciopelado, gracias a la avena y al trigo, tanto en copos como malteada. Color: amarillo pálido, muy turbio y de espuma densa y blanca. Aroma y sabor: intensidad frutal, con notas de pomelo, maracuyá y fresa, combinadas con matices herbales y cítricos. La interacción entre los lúpulos clásicos y los más atrevidos genera complejidad y carácter particular. Final: intenso y con apenas amargor.
