Ayinger Maibock is a quintessential Helles Bock, capturing the essence of Bavarian spring. It pours a deep golden-yellow with a slight natural haze, reflecting its traditional, unfiltered nature. The sensory experience is led by a robust, grainy-sweet malt backbone featuring doughy and lightly toasted notes. This richness is elegantly countered by the herbal and spicy refinement of Hallertauer hops, which provide a clean bitterness to balance the initial sweetness.
