Moins célèbre que la première mais selon les amateurs de bière, sans aucun doute la meilleure et la plus délicate bière de la brasserie Van Steenberge. Cette bière qui est particulièrement sèche s’étoffe également de l’aspect fruité de la bière triple, ce qui ravira bon nombre d’amateurs de bière. A table Cette bière se déguste partout, elle est parfaite comme apéritif corsé, digestif et se marie merveilleusement bien avec des fromages forts (Brugse Blomme, Pavé de Hainaut, Bouquet des Moines…). Elle accompagne excellemment bien chaque plat de poisson et est exquise avec une bonne bouillabaisse. Voilà une des seules bières que l’on déguste avec des fruits de mer !...
