s-a petrecut la Oradea pe 22 XII 2012 prin brasarea unui stout. Era urmarea unui an și jumătate de studiu și de elaborare după propriile planuri a instalației de producere a berii. Prima ieșire în public a avut loc la Cluj prilejuită de întîlnirea berarilor amatori din 2015. Au urmat participări la concursuri, premii la București și Londra, cooptarea în diverse jurii în cadrul competițiilor naționale de amatori, degustări gratuite organizate în Oradea. Pasul cel mai important înainte de Addictive Brewing a fost vizita la braseria Glazen Toren din Belgia unde am avut șansa să brasez două beri alături de unul dintre cele mai sonore nume din istoria recentă a berii, istoricul și maestrul berar, Jef van Den Steen.
Addictive Brewing
reprezintă întoarcerea la artizanat prin refuzul producției de tip industrial. Drumul pe care l-am pornit va fi întreprins curajos și fără concesii în ce privește caliatea berii sau al oricăror alte elemente care sînt legate de ea. Alegerea materiei prime nu se face niciodată în funcție de prețul pe care ea îl are la un moment dat pe piață, iar implicarea tehnologiei în procesul produceri berii va lăsa să transpară vie calitatea și textura ingredientelor. Prin urmare berile noastre sînt toate nefiltrate, nepasteurizate și brasate „fără scurtături”. Nu în ultimul rînd: ingredientul nelipsit al berii noastre este timpul – nu ne grăbim și nu grăbim nici berea.
