Deep ruby hues derived from the Podgoria 210 grape skins set the stage for an aromatic profile rich in blackcurrant, leather, and a sharp lactic tang. On the palate, the fruit's sweetness has been fully fermented away, leaving behind bright acidity, dry tannins, and earthy nuances. This spontaneous ale finishes bone-dry and effervescent, showcasing a masterful balance between wild microflora and premium wine grapes.
Appearance. Deep rose to ruby red with a slight purple tint (SRM 18–22); hazy to translucent clarity with a thin, pinkish-white head that dissipates quickly; minimal lacing.
