De gebruikte lambikken zijn afkomstig van 2 foeders en 4 verschillende brouwsels, waarvan 60% van Brouwerij Lindemans en 40% van ons. 3 Fonteinen Framboos is the result of macerating hand-picked whole raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. The raspberry lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the raspberry lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Framboos. With an abundant forest fruit nose as it warms in the glass, 3 Fonteinen Framboos will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant colours and forest fruit aromas. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artifcial juices, syrups, or sugars added. Traditional Lambic is living, cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley!

3 Fonteinen Framboos is the slow and all-natural maceration of hand-picked whole raspberries on traditional lambic. No addition of juices, syrups or artificial sweeteners. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.

For this batch of Framboos, 3F used raspberries from Ferme Framboos, located in beautiful Huldenberg, Flanders. These raspberries, hand-picked in the summer of 2019, macerated for more than three months on a single oak barrel. While macerating, they only used lambic originating from one brew and from one barrel, and used another single lambic from one barrel for blending.

The final fruit intensity is 378 grams of raspberries per litre of Framboos.

Pour cette framboise spécifique, nous avons utilisé des framboises d'été. Que nous avons macéré pendant trois mois. Les lambics d'un et deux ans sont issus de trois barriques et de trois brassins différents. L'intensité finale du fruit est de 332 grammes de framboises par litre de framboise. Du miel a été ajouté lors de la mise en bouteille (2 grammes par litre).

La Framboise 3 Fonteinen est obtenue par macération de framboises cueillies à la main sur de jeunes lambic traditionnels, à raison d'un kilo de framboises par litre de lambic traditionnel. Ensuite le lambic fruit est assemblé avec du lambic jeune et le tout est mis en bouteille, et la fermentation se poursuit en bouteille. Le résultat est une bière lambic à la framboise distinctement fruitée, avec un bouquet intense de fruits des bois et une évolution dans le verre. Fruits naturels, sans ajout de jus, sirops ou sucres. Non filtré et non pasteurisé.

A Lambic abban különbözik a legtöbb sörtől, hogy a Zenne-völgyben őshonos vad élesztők és baktériumok erjesztésével, nem pedig a gondosan tenyésztett sörélesztő-törzsekkel történik az erjesztés. Ez az eljárás adja a sör jellegzetes ízét: száraz, boros és almaboros, gyakran savanykás utóízzel. A típus a gyümölcsös változatai ismerősen csenghetnek. Az egyik a Framboise, mely málnával együtt savanyított sör valamint a Kriek, ami meggy hozzáadásával készül, de ezek mellett igen népszerű alapanyag az alma, szőlő és a szilva is.

Framboos Oogst 2019 (season 19|20) Blend No. 3.

For this batch of Framboos, we used raspberries from Ferme Framboos, located in beautiful Huldenberg, Flanders. These raspberries, hand-picked in the summer of 2019, macerated for more than three months on a single oak barrel. While macerating, we only used lambik originating from one brew and from one barrel, and we used another single lambik from one barrel for blending. The final fruit intensity is 378 grams of raspberries per litre of Framboos.

3 Fonteinen Framboos is obtained through the maceration of hand-picked raspberries on young traditional lambic, for at least four months, in a ratio of one kilo of raspberries per liter of traditional lambic. Afterwards the fruit lambic is blended with young lambic and then bottled, and the fermentation continues in the bottle. The result is a pronounced fruity raspberry lambic beer, with an intense forest fruit bouquet and with evolution in the glass. Natural fruit, without the addition of juices, syrups, or sugars. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.

3 Fonteinen Framboos es el resultado de macerar frambuesas enteras seleccionadas a mano en lambic joven durante al menos cuatro meses, en una proporción de un kilogramo de fruta por litro de lambic. La lambic de frambuesa se vuelve a mezclar con más lambic joven para obtener una intensidad mínima de 35% de fruta, y se embotella inmediatamente después. Estas botellas se almacenan en nuestras bodegas durante al menos cinco meses para que la lambic de frambuesa pueda convertirse en una hermosa, tradicional y vibrante Framboos. Con un aroma abundante a frutos del bosque a medida que se calienta en la copa, 3 Fonteinen Framboos envejecerá perfectamente, pero puede perder algunos de los colores vibrantes y los aromas a frutos del bosque.
