Als basis wordt de klassieke Duchesse de Bourgogne gebruikt. Aan dit bier worden Limburgse zure kersen toegevoegd waarna het rijpt op eikenhouten vaten van Bordeauxwijnen. Nadien worden er natuurlijke aroma's van chocolade toegevoegd. Serveertips Om het aroma van dit bier het best tot zijn recht te laten komen adviseren wij een bijhorend glas te gebruiken.
