Na botteling rijpt het bier nog minstens 4 maanden in een warme kamer, waar spontane hergisting in de fles plaatsvindt. De schuimkraag van Oude Kriek is gevoelig voor de concentratie olie in de kriekenpitten, wat kan leiden tot lichte variaties van jaar tot jaar.

Bij de productie van Oude Kriek worden geen smaak-, zoet- of kleurstoffen toegevoegd, waardoor dit bier zeer natuurlijk en dorstlessend is. De combinatie van de frisse lambik en de rijke, fruitige smaken van de krieken resulteert in een verfrissende en authentieke drank die perfect is voor liefhebbers van ambachtelijke bieren. Serveertips Om het aroma van dit bier het best tot zijn recht te laten komen adviseren wij een bijhorend glas te gebruiken. La brasserie 3 Fonteinen située en Belgique près de Bruxelles est une très ancienne brasserie spécialisée dans les bières de types Gueuze et Kriek.

La Oude Kriek est obtenue à partir d'un lambic jeune auquel est ajouté 35% de cerises de Schaerbeeck. C'est pour cela qu'elle possède une robe de couleur rubis foncé s'accompagnant d'une fine mousse rose.

Les parfums qui s'en dégagent sont bien entendu les cerises fraiches avec une pointe d'acidité qui chatouille les narines.

On retrouve en bouche les saveurs de cerises, l'aigreur bien marquée et des notes boisées.

Lambic – Kriek – Bottle 375ml – 6.0%

3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. The kriek lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the kriek lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Oude Kriek. With a pleasant tartness and organic notes of almond and cinnamon as it warms in the glass, 3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek, will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant red colours and forest fruit aromas. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artificial juices, syrups, or sugars added. Traditional Lambic is living, cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley!

A kriek lambic é então misturada novamente com lambic mais jovem para obter uma intensidade mínima de 35% de fruta, e é engarrafada imediatamente a seguir. Estas garrafas são depois armazenadas nas nossas caves durante pelo menos cinco meses para que a kriek lambic possa evoluir para uma Oude Kriek bonita, tradicional e requintada. Com uma acidez agradável e notas orgânicas de amêndoa e canela à medida que aquece no copo, 3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek, envelhecerá perfeitamente mas poderá perder algumas das cores vermelhas vibrantes e aromas de frutos do bosque. Esta lambic não filtrada e não pasteurizada é totalmente natural, sem adição de sumos artificiais, xaropes ou açúcares. A Lambic tradicional é uma herança cultural viva enraizada no vale Zenne!
