De eerste slok van deze Amber-Orange-gekleurde Kellebier onthult een vleugje karamel. Het frisse en fruitige aroma is verschuldigd aan de gekozen hop en vergezeld van een aangename bitterheid. In combinatie met een goed uitgebalanceerd moutlichaam is dit heerlijk mild en glad bier gemaakt om zowel je tong als je geest te behagen. De gekozen hops zijn de zeldzame soort "Hallertauer Record" voor bittere en "Hallertauer Perle", evenals "Hallertauer Mittelfrüh" voor aroma.
