Normaal gesproken experimenteren we niet met fruittoevoegingen in onze bieren, maar het gesprek met Henok, de oprichter van Omnipollo, over hoe zij fruit gebruiken om de smaak te versterken, was enorm inspirerend. Na een paar verschillende purees te hebben getest, waren we het er allemaal over eens dat passievrucht de perfecte match was. Het snijdt door de alcoholische tonen heen en versterkt tegelijkertijd de tropische aroma's van de hop.

Een zure kersenpuree is toegevoegd aan een basis van Ferryman brouwsel, wat resulteerde in deze heerlijke Don’t Fear the Cherryman. De heerlijke tonen van zure kersen snijden door de grote moutheid, waardoor dit een pure zwarte woud gateau in vloeibare vorm is!
